Jimmy founded CBUCK Engineering in 1998 as a Specialty Structural Engineering firm and third party Evaluator for building products, product code research reports and expedited product approvals. Designing roof and envelope products/systems, for site specific design, to resist high wind loads is a specialty service that CBUCK has a long track record.
Jimmy has substantial previous engineering experience that includes Director of Engineering at two Miami-Dade test laboratories, President of a Design and Build firm, and Project Engineer for a national building products manufacturer.
Licenses / Registrations Include: Professional Engineer, FL, TX, GA, SC, Board Certified Structural Engineer, Product Evaluation Engineer, Florida-Approved Laboratory Test Engineer Miami-Dade, and Florida Certified General Contractor

Diana has been working in the Florida state wide Product Approval system with CBUCK Engineering since the initial approvals by the Florida Building Commission in 2003.
She has local knowledge and experience with the Florida BCIS system and the Miami-Dade NOA process. Understanding the code section for High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) is very important for expediting evaluations.
Her experience extends through seven editions of the Unified Florida Building Code, going back to the first edition, 2001.
Diana’s numerous loyal manufacturing clients have worked with her for up to 17 continuous years. That speaks volumes to her quality of service to enhance their businesses.
